Where I get personal information from
Most of the personal information I collect will come directly from you. In some cases, with your consent, your basic details may be shared with me by a funeral director or wedding venue.
How I keep your personal data safe
- I only use software that is protected against malware.
- All files are encrypted to ensure your information remains secure.
- I will never share your details on social media unless you have given permission, and names will always be anonymised.
- I attend GDPR training every three years and stay up to date by regularly reviewing guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
- I renew my ICO registration annually.
How long I will keep your personal data
I will retain your personal data for no more than 24 months after our work together is completed.

If you have any concerns about how your personal data is being used, you are welcome to contact me using the details provided.
If you remain dissatisfied after raising a concern with me, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
