With a name like Juliet, perhaps it was written in the stars that I would one day become a Celebrant. I’ve always been a romantic at heart—once known for matchmaking friends and colleagues with varying degrees of success! Whether love blossomed or not, the joy was always in the trying.
I’m a fully trained, qualified, and insured civil celebrant serving Plymouth and the surrounding southwest areas, though if you capture my heart, I may just travel further afield. With an enhanced DBS (updated annually), registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and monthly continuous professional development, I bring both professionalism and passion to every ceremony.
Whether you're welcoming new life, celebrating love, or honouring memory, it would be my greatest joy to help you craft simply beautiful ceremonies for your life’s most meaningful moments. Each one is woven with warmth, magic, and infinite possibilities.
As a Civil Celebrant I am able offer a huge range of variety meaning no two ceremonies will ever be the same. Ceremonies can include both religious and spiritual elements, it would be my privilege to honour multi-faith and cultures.

I find delight in people, nature, dogs, cake, charity shops, and children. My days are filled with gardening, walking, and socialising, and for my emotional and physical wellbeing I practise Tai Chi.
I’m a proud mum to two kind-hearted grown-up children, both of whom work for the NHS, and to one extremely cute dog. I’m also married to a Sailor who has served in the Royal Navy for over 37 years and continues to serve with dedication.
My working life has been wonderfully varied, rooted in a deep commitment to people from all walks of life. My work has always been guided by inclusivity, empathy, and the belief that every voice matters.
I hold an honours degree in child development and a Level 7 qualification in early years teaching. I’m Makaton trained and passionate about expanding accessibility in my ceremonies hoping to incorporate British Sign Language in the near future. Whether in schools, therapeutic spaces, or ceremonial settings, I strive to create environments where everyone feels seen, heard, and celebrated. I am experienced in delivering training to both parents and professionals and hold an adult teaching certificate.
